Original Paintings on Canvas
These works are sold via inquiry. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the size of the canvas and the destination. If you would like a shipping quote before finalizing your purchase, please feel free to request one in your message, and I will be happy to provide it.

Studio Pickup
If you are based in or visiting the Stockholm area, you are welcome to pick up your artwork directly from my studio. Contact me via email to schedule a convenient time for your visit.

Processing 
After you place an order, I will carefully pack your items within 1-5 business days. Following this, the delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days. Original Paintings may take a little longer due to packaging.

Important Information for International Orders (Outside the EU)
If you are ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware that customs duties, import VAT, or other local taxes may be applied upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.

Inspection
Please inspect the outer packaging carefully upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the parcel, please document it with photos before opening it.

Damage
In the unlikely event that the artwork has been damaged during transit, please contact me immediately. Include photos of both the packaging and the damaged artwork so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The artwork must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Notification
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork.

Packaging
To ensure a safe return, the artwork must be packed in its original packaging. As the artwork is a delicate original, you are responsible for ensuring it is packed securely to prevent damage during the return transit.

Shipping 
You are responsible for return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as I cannot process a refund if the artwork is lost or damaged during its return journey.

Refund
Once I have received and inspected the returned artwork, I will issue a refund via the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery information and contact me immediately with photographic evidence.

Original Paintings
Please note that artworks sold via direct inquiry (Original paintings on canvas) may have specific terms agreed upon during the confirmation process.

Commissions & Custom Orders 
Commissions and bespoke artworks created specifically to your requirements, are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once the creative process has begun. I work closely with you during the inquiry phase to ensure you are completely satisfied with the direction of the piece before it is finalized.

All artworks are authentically created by Jenny Atina. You are buying a unique piece, not a mass-produced product.

Direct from the Artist 
When you purchase from this site, you are supporting the artist directly.

Copyright
Please note that all rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce, are retained by the artist. Purchasing an original does not grant the right to create prints or derivative works.

Studiomarks & Character
As these works are handmade in my studio, some artworks on paper may feature minor “studiomarks” (such as small paint flecks or pencil marks). These are an intentional part of the creative process and add unique character to each piece.

Authenticity
Each artwork is signed by the artist on the back of the artwork.

Color Disclaimer
I make every effort to display the colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that screen settings can vary, and your screen may show colors slightly differently than the actual physical piece.

Framing
All originals are sold unframed (unless otherwise stated). I believe that framing is a highly personal choice that allows you to customize the look of the piece to perfectly suit your home and personal style.

All prices on this website are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK).

Please note that for customers purchasing from outside of Sweden, the final amount charged to your card or account may vary slightly due to current daily exchange rates applied by your bank or payment provider. Your bank may also charge an additional currency conversion fee, depending on their specific terms and conditions.
